The International Centre for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology – ICGEB, in collaboration with Fujifilm VisualSonics is hosting a 2-day imaging workshop. The course will concentrate on the latest advances in cardiovascular ultrasound imaging, with a strong focus on translational studies. It is expected to foster the collaboration with researchers and clinicians using US imaging for cardiovascular studies and critically discuss the advantages and limitations of US imaging of the cardiovascular system in translational medicine.

The meeting will run over two days, and will include 3 formal sessions on various aspects of cardiac and vascular US imaging, followed by hands-on practical sessions on US imaging for selected students.
